Bird’s Basement is an institution in the Australian music scene. We run the venue professionally as we offer a Dinner/Show. Waiting is a profession. We are looking for people who consider this to be the case and can work 5 shifts per week, 2 at the Jazz Corner Café from 2pm till 10pm Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday Saturday Sunday at Bird’s which is just below the Café from 4pm until close around midnight. Clients both at the Café and Bird’s are cosmopolitan looking for a great service.
